Ranked No. 5 most popular museum in The United States by TripAdvisor and recipient of the "Travelers' Choice Award for top Museums in the U.S. Home to more than 700 events per year, the Midway is one of San Diego’s top event spaces.

• Direct execution and management of event production for up to 4,500 attendees from concept to completion for third party clients like: Jaguar, Purina Incredible Dog Challenge, Southwest, NuVasive, NBC
• First point of contact for all inquiries relating to the event and managed sales of all beverage and enhancement options for events
• Built an extensive network of industry professionals
and vendor contacts
• Prepared and managed event contracts, budgets, diagrams, loading dock schedules, permits and purchase orders under strict deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills used to foster and cultivate client and team relationships

Road Runner Sports is a nationwide, family owned, running shoe and accessory store. With more than 900 team members across the US the headquarters and largest store is still San Diego. With several hundred events a year this store is a top producer for the company.

Kuoni Destination Management is a full service destination management company. Meetings & Events specialists, who believe in building long lasting client and supplier partnerships through trust, transparency and reliability.

During this temporary position I loved getting to work along side the sales team to assist with venue research and proposal building. Plus, I also was able to create a few events start to finish as a contract operations manager. From Hollywood to Coronado we worked all over Southern California creating memorable and unique events for every client.
